4 Ounces Irish whiskey
WHISKEY WHIPPED CREAM
1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon Irish whiskey
8 Drops green food coloring (optional)
COFFEE SYRUP
1 1/2 Cups strong coffee
3/4 Cups sugar
1 Teaspoon corn starch
Fresh mint for garnish
